In addition, Jutta acquires new and innovative products to our portfolio. She knows the current market situation and understands the needs of our users.

As founder and Managing Director Stefan Pfütze takes care of strategic partners. He is responsible for the healthy growth of x-dream-distribution.
Earlier Stefan Pfütze was employed at Rhozet and Harmonic. There he was responsible for the business development, sales and partner as well as project management of the software based transcoding products.

During his study of the media industry with emphasis marketing and media management in Cologne, Tobias Schönhaar explored different areas of the media industry. The joy of communication, languages and organization he deepened in Paris, London and Istanbul. With experience in traditional sales, marketing, project management and business development, now claim to be a reliable partner is to be in terms of media technology.

During his study of Computer Engineering at Missouri State University in the USA, Serkan Celikay had moved towards more to business management than engineering, which he deepened with some management courses .
The joy of communication, languages and management he strengthened in St.Louis (USA), Frankfurt (D) and Damascus (SRY). With experience in traditional sales, marketing, project management and business development, he now claims to be a reliable partner in terms of media technology.

In this role, Marina Ablogina looks after x-dream-group websites, Social Media, electronic and printed presentations, and documents. Marina previously worked in very similar positions in marketing at Cinegy GmbH (software manufacturer - ingest, transcoding, MAM, playout), DNK Corporation (Moscow-based system integrator) and at PR Office ProSystem, also in Moscow.
