To strengthen our team we are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant (m/w/d) full- or halftime (in Munich Downtown).

What your job is about

  • Team-wide administrative sales support
  • Preparation of presentations (multilingual) and participation in projects
  • Creation of quotes, order management and invoicing together with the sales consultants
  • Maintenance of contact & lead databases as well as product information
  • Creation of sales statistics and evaluations according to instructions
  • Sales support for colleagues and partners (vendor partners & sales partners)
  • Maintenance of pricelists, product sheets and the CRM database
  • Processing of customer requests by email and telephone (products, prices, availability, etc.)

Your Profile

  • A completed business administration, economics or communication science degree or a completed commercial training with up to a few years of professional experience in the media business
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in a high-paced environment
  • Structured, dynamic and independent ways of working
  • Detail-oriented and committed to producing high quality results
  • Responsible, flexible and resilient
  • Fluent German and English skills as well as very confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Willingness to perform, organizational talent
  • Affinity for smart and digital solutions
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and ability to work under pressure and to get things done
  • Highly motivated with a “we can do” attitude and the ability to effectively operate quickly
